This warranty gives the original purchaser specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Any ZAMP Helmet found by Zamp to be defective in materials and/or workmanship within two years from the date of purchase will be repaired or replaced at the option of Zamp when returned freight prepaid. This warranty does not cover modification, abuse, nor neglect. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
If you believe your helmet should be covered under warranty, take the following steps:
1) Contact Zamp at (916) 861-0066 or email@example.com and request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#).
2) Ship the product back to Zamp Freight Prepaid and include the R.A. # on the outside of the box. We will also need a copy of your sales receipt included with the package.
3) Include all of your contact information: Name, Address, Daytime Phone.
4) Upon receipt of the product, we will make a determination and contact you.
